We have over 50 RUT955 devices.  A very large number of them are losing connectivity to RMS even though they have internet access and are working fine.

Firmware is RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.3

Sometimes a reboot via SMS will force it to reconnect to RMS.

What is going on with this?   Once the device has internet access why is it losing connectivity to RMS>???????

Any help is appreciated.
