Hi. On my old Router (Huawei B593) I had port forwarding working as a charm using external DDNS service for assigning my public IP to domain name I own.

On Teltonika RUT950 I have problems configuring the same thing and the same provider (same SIM card) for already some weeks. Port forwarding WAN>LAN just simply does not work!

But to make it even more simple, as a first step I decided to configure and test the local LAN>LAN port forwarding and to my big surprise it does not work either!

  • Teltonika is on 192.168.1.1  with LAN>LAN  FW rule port 2081 > 192.168.1.16:81 (TCP+UDP)
  • My BlueIris (video survialliance server) has web interface on port 81 in local LAN:  192.168.1.16:81  (and 192.168.1.1 is in GW of network config).
  • From client PC (192.168.1.232 with gw 192.168.1.1) I can access 192.168.1.16:81 directly but I cannot access it via 192.168.1.1:2081! So port forwarding obviously does not work!

See FW rule details in attached pictures.

Hi,

Seems like you have modified firewall settings, but I'm not sure what you wanted to make.

For port forwarding usually is enough to set just port forward rules, no needed to change general firewall settings.

Also seems you have old fw release. So try to upgrade router firmware: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Firmware

And if you have possibility do not keep settings when upgrading and after upgrade just configure port forward rule (attached simple example)https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=15158563630616685290
