I am trying to log in to RMS.  I get the following error message.

Mac has a duplicate value. (00:1E:42:22:CB:67)

Serial has a duplicate value. (1103078819)

I have tried it with another company (Siol) and deleted the user again.

Hello,

Are you sure that you have unregistered the device from the old profile first ?

Also check if you are entering correct LAN MAC and serial number information.
