Hello,

You can monitor multiple devices for free the first month. i.e., each unique device will receive a free month long license if it was added for the first time.

Later on, you should contact your sales person in order to get information on how to buy RMS licences.

this is not true.

i added a newly bought device and i cannot use any of the rms services. it keeps saying: Failure (Error: Expired license.)

it also says you get a free months on the leaflet inside the box with a QR code. 

first of all the QR code is almost unscanable because its blue on a brown background and then finally when you can scan the code it just directs you to a teltonika website without any information how to activate your free month.

My guess is that you have a used device. Try contacting your seller for help with issue.
