Question

Got a new rut950 but can not loggin, not by cable or wireless. Used four diffrent computers, one Mac three win10. Tried every step in manual and all i found on google. The green led is on all time and no lights on signal. Can not find rut950 on wifi. Can there bee some problem with the new router? Anyting I can test?

Hello,

Try to restore factory settings and then try again (plug in the router and hold reset button for 5 seconds). If that does not help, try to reinstall the software via Bootloader menu. You can find more details here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/Bootloader_menu

If nothing helps, please tell me whether any of the LAN port lights flash when you turn on the router.
