Hi,

We have a few RUT955 that are bricked, we cannot even get to the flashing lan port configuration for the boot loader.

Is there anyway to recover these?

I have tried serial port but get no output.

I notice the board has an edge to accept a connector, would this be used in some way?

Is the connector on board jtag?   

Is TFTP an option?

Hello,

If you can't access the bootloader menu it would be the best to contact your sales manager and send these units for repair.

UPDATE. Also. What were you doing with the devices when they got bricked ? It would be great to know the product code, batch number, what services were used.

They came back in from another location, all I know is they stopped working, so not much help.
