I have had a Rut 950 since 2017. I have forgotten where I bought it and need the firmwre updating as its way out of date.
When I try to create an account in order to be able to download the firmware, I go right through the system and the error message "Bad Credentials" appears. Can you tell me why? My passwords is copied and pasted so I know thats correct. My user name appears correct. So what am I doing wrongly.
