I have a new Teltonika RUT240 i'd like to connect to my trial for RMS. The device is online and works, currently running RUT2XX_R_00.01.03.5 firmware. There are two issues i am running into:

- My trial seems to have ended at the same time that i created my account. (16-11-2018)

- The device does not seem to be able to connect to the RMS

If i look the RMS settings:

Hostname: rms.teltonika.lt
Port: 15000

Management status Enabled
Connection state         Connecting to profile tunnel
Router serial number 110069xxxx
Router LAN MAC address 00:1e:42:18:xx:xx
Internet connection         Available

How to resolve this?

Hello,

If the issue is with the license device will be shown as offline (RED).

What is the status now ? It would be great if you could PM me your full serial number.

Hi!

Under the license tab the device shows as offline / monitored.

Under the management tab it however shows as not-activated,

I just PM'ed you the serial number, thanks for your help!
