This is for the RUTX11, serial number 1103627272.

Try to access the web interface and get this error An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy.

Failed to connect to device. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct.

Fairly new to this, any ideas please?

Ok, it looks that issue was fixed and you will be able to reach router WebUI via RMS.

Hello,

Please try to clear browser cache and then try again. If that does not help, try to delete and generate a new WEBUI link. If still no luck try to use a different browser.
