IPSEC tunnel is not an interface

Hi,

I need to setup 2 IPSEC tunnels on my RUT995 and run OSPF or RIP to determine the best route. However, the IPSEC tunnel isn't created as an interface, so I can't select it as an interface..

Is there a way around this? I also saw a post about not having 2 simultaneous IPSEC tunnels at the same time, is this correct? (https://community.teltonika-networks.com/8032/establish-more-than-ipsec-tunnel-simultaneously-possible)

Firmware is 06.05.1.

Hello,

Multiple IPsec tunnels issue is fixed in later firmware versions.

I would suggest you to configure L2TP over IPsec, then you will have an interface for your Dynamic routing protocol and encryption of traffic:
