Hi,

RUT950 or RUT955 with Jersey Telecom machine to machine (roaming) SIMs.

Firmware version 4.75 works correctly.

Firmware 5.02.5 will not establish a data connection with Jersey Telecom machine to machine SIMs.

The router establishes a GSM connection then tries to establish a data connection. The Jersey Telecom servers think is DOES establish a connection. The router thinks it DOES NOT establish a connection. Then the router disconnects from GSM and reconnects to a different network. The SIM management platform shows lots of zero sessions.

Downgrading to 4.75 works perfectly.

What has changed between the two versions that could affect data connections on roaming SIM cards? Have any timeouts etc changed?

Firstly, thank you a lot for letting us know this information.

There were quite a lot of changes for the connection manager since FW version 4.75. 

Would it be possible for you to send me a troubleshoot file from device with FW version 5.02.5 when data connection is not established ?

Have you tried the latest FW version ?
