RUT950 does not start after firmware upgrade

Hello!

I tried to upgrade the firmware of my RUT950 with RUT9XX_R_00.06.05.3_WEBUI.bin.

After a reboot of the router ALL LED are constantly on (green).
I cannot connect to the router via WebUI neither it reacts to SMS status command.
Ping does not work either.

Any suggestions how to fix this problem?

Hello,

If Router is unresponsive to usual means, then use Bootloader menu to upgrade/rewrite firmware. Instructions how to set up yours computer and enter this menu is here: https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Bootloader_Upgrade. Take notice of URL 192.168.1.1/index.html is for FW upgrade. If that does not work could you then tell what is yours router Product code? It is on the top of a sticker on the bottom of the router: RUT950 ******.
