Hi, I just received my device RUT950 but I couldn't find my country list from the operator country which is OMAN and I found the code of the operator which my SIM supposed to be working on it (OMANTEL) but still, I can't complete the configuration.   it's showing collecting data and this message takes a lot of time but nothing will be listed.

Any guide?

I will make a suggestion to add Oman to a future FW.

In most cases it's not necessary to specify country/operator, automatic settings should work. Can you do a factory reset, log in to the router without changing anything (except the password) and check whether the connection is working?

If it's not, then after you have reset the router, go to the System → Administration → Troubleshoot page and download the Troubleshoot file. Then send it to me via private message for analysis.
