My new RUTX11 cannot connect to the RMS.

I have a new account at the RMS and added a license pool and the new RUTX11. I checked the Serial and MAC-Address several times and removed it from the RMS and added it again.

But the RUTX11 won't connect to the RMS. It only writes "Failure".

What can be the problem?

Hi,

Can you send me the router's Troubleshoot file via private message? It can be downloaded System → Administration → Troubleshoot page.

Yes, thank you. Sorry for late reply. I could only find that everything is configured correctly but device is not even attempting to connect to to RMS. I gave the file to our RnD earlier today for analysis, they say the same thing.

They asked if there would be an opportunity to arrange a remote session via AnyDesk or TeamViewer to debug the issue live on the router. If you're interested we can arrange further details over private messages.
