We want to put routers (server and Client) between two switches and transfer VLAN tagged trunk data transparently through openvpn tunnel without depending of IP-addresses.

Openvpn with pre-shared static key working and we use mobile connection between routers.

Can you draw and share a topology with dummy IPs? At this point I don't get really get the entire picture.

VLAN trunk port didn't work between two RUT955 with TAP (Bridged mode). OpenVPN tunnel work without switches.

Hello,

Did you try OpenVPN bridged mode(TAP)?

It should support VLAN tags as it works by connecting two L2 networks, unlike TUN.
