Hello,

I do have a RUT955 and when I try to get IPv6 IP addresses from the SIM1 I cannot get them on the WAN interface. There is no other interface connected such as WAN, SIM2, or WiF. SIM1 is the only active interface and we use Load balancing mode in WAN. I have already ticked all the options I found in the settings about enabling IPv6 but no luck.

If I connect the SIM card on my phone I do get IPv6 addresses thought. Any ideas where to look for it?

Hello,

IPv6 support on mobile WAN is under development, currently we have a TEST firmware for it but there is an issue that if mobile signal is not stable and it disconnect from operator router will not try to establish mobile connection again. But this can be solved by using Ping reboot feature which can be found in Services -> Auto Reboot -> Ping Reboot simple enable it and save setting, everything else leave as it is.

Other solution is simple to reboot device, this can be done by:

- sending SMS command: reboot (SMS syntex: <routers admin password reboot>) Example: Admin147 reboot

- from WebUI in System -> Reboot

- from SSH by using command: reboot

Attaching TEST FW: https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=3291963135140819944

Note.: this is a latest TEST FW for IPv6 WAN support and you might incounter some issues. We currently working on new FW with improved IPv6 feature (no lead time for it).

Is there an option to be notified once there's a newer firmware available with IPv6 support for RUT955? Downgrading and having all my configuration files erased is a bit unpleasant.

It's also a bit surprising to have no IPv6 support. Didn't expect this when buying RUT955...

Yes, I also need IPv6 and expected that to be included in the RUT955 firmware. With NAT64 so I can keep IPv4 on the LAN side (since equipment there cannot handle IPv6).

Can we have latest (TEST) beta firmware for RUT950 with improved IPv6 modem features?

Hello,

Latest TEST firmware for IPv6 support is provided just above in my comment. TEST FW: https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=3291963135140819944

If you have some issue with provided TEST firmware, please PM me with the devices troubleshoot file System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot and describe what issue you have and how you have been testing IPv6 support.
