Why my Rut240 keep losing date and time and does not sync with the actual time and date?

When the router is switched off it is more likey to lose count of date and time. And i reset to factory set time of the last date that it was used/updated. Any help please?

Have you tried configuring NTP server? That way, it will stay in sync with something.

When you power the router off, generally the clocks get out of sync relying on a crystal to keep time.

Services -> NTP . Enter an NTP server for your local and go from there.(These can be googled quite easily)
