RUT955, firmware 6.5.3, sim Vodafone, zone Italy, ip address router 192.168.1.100

We have problems with sending sms from the command line given on the address bar of a web browser
When we use the command

http://192.168.1.100/cgi-bin/sms_send?username=admin&password=pippo&number=+390212345678&text=Message test

an error is returned to us + CMS ERROR: 350 and the message does not start
The really strange thing is that if from another web browser we keep the STATUS / OVERVIEW page open, the mobile connection is interrupted and after about ten seconds it starts again
In some way, the command given causes the router's telephone line connection to be reset
The telephone number is 0212345678, we tried to use both the international prefix +39 or 0039 or no prefix, as recommended on messages present in this forum, but without success
The questions are:
1 - what is the correct way to indicate the telephone number?
2 - how to send a command line text message?

For those who need a solution to the problem described above:

https://community.teltonika-networks.com/13007/http-post-get-sms-gateway-sms_send-changed?show=13007#q13007

Use   %2B   instead of   +   on international prefix

Then use  %2B393381234567  on command line if the number is  +393381234567

This appear to be a working work-around waiting a final fix from the manufacturer
