I wanted to register my Rut850 to RMS, but it says dublicate Numer, contact manufacturer!

Hello. Please, send us the Serial, IMEI and MAC numbers that you will find in the label under the device via private message.

Maybe we will request more information to prove you are the owner of the device.

Thanks for your fast help. I could register the router now. But I cannot see the device on the map in the app or on rms page. There seems to be a major problem with the gps function. I also get no gps answer by sms. I asked that already before. On the map I can see the position.
