Question

I can't connect to my RUT500 via LAN port and there is no wireless network shown.
It all started with an unstable connection to the RUT500. At least, there is no connection via LAN or WLAN.

Hope you have an idea, how to solve the problem.

Hi,

Do any LED's work on your RUT500 e.g power/signal/ethernet?

Also have you tried to reset your device to default settings by holding reset button for 5 seconds?

Only the power LED works.

Two days ago, I've done the reset by holding the reset button for 5 sec. Nothing changed.

Try it with 12V 1A adapter.

But why should an higher voltage (before 9V) help? It was the original adapter, I tried with.

the operating range of the device is between 7 -30 volts. And Rut500 old device  . So it draws a lot of current. try and see: d
