Good day!!

I have a few unit of RUT955. Does anyone have issue with download configuration file from one unit of RUT955 and upload to the other RUT955? Mine seems doesn't work. Have failed to upload.

Hello,

Backup files can be uploaded only from identical devices with the identical or older (no older than RUT9XX_R_00.03.726) firmware. Are devices identical you can check by comparing the first 7 symbols of product code (example RUT955 H***** and RUT955 T*****). Product code can be found in the WebUI Status → Device.

My unit are RUT 955 H**** and RUT 955 T*****.  Is that mean I can't backup the files between these 2?

No you can't have backup and upload between two you have since they have different hardware inside
