Wondering wether it’s worth upgrading from the RUT955 to the RUTX11 for faster LTE speeds?

Is there much difference?

Cat4 to Cat6 doesn’t seem like much of a jump for several hundred dollars.

Better to purchase a cat16 LTE modem with bridge mode to feed into wired LAN?

Hi,

Relating to your question the main difference between CAT4 LTE and CAT6 LTE. The LTE Cat4 can reach upto 150MBPS speed while LTE Cat6 can reach upto 300MBPS due to it's carrier aggregation feature. Also RUT955 is having 10/100MBPS LAN ports while RUTXXX series have 10/100/1000 MBPS LAN port.
