this does picture doesn't explain my question. 
Example:
This picture shows that B3 + B3 aggregation is possible, but NOT what type of B3 + B3 aggregation (intraband contiguous, intraband non-contiguous or both). See here.

RUTX09 can support all of the types (Intra-band contiguous, intra-band non-contiguous and inter-band non-contiguous).
