Question

Hello! Example of what I want to do:

1) SMS message from any number arrives. The message contains text "send-sms". If this is not possible, the message doesn't need to contain certain text.
2) Rutx09 sends sms message with certain text to certain number.

This is not SMS Auto Reply. The SMS Auto Reply feature replies to the same number from which the sms has arrived.
Also, this is not SMS Forwarding.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

You can achieve this on the Event Reporting Function of our RUT devices. 
Services > Event Reporting > Add New Rule

where: 

Event Type: SMS 
Action: Send SMS 
Recipients : Single Number
Recipients Number:  +____________
