I bought the Teltonika RUT240 to use in Bridge mode with Three.co.uk connect to my home Unifi network. It fixed my double NAT issue and performance is initially promising, but unfortunately it degrades quickly. Signal strength is reasonable, and it works nicely for about ten minutes or even up to an hour at a time, but then it just degrades to an unusable state. The IP lease time shouldn't be an issue, but the logs indicate "LAN cable unplugged / plugged" at regular intervals (even when the WAN IP hasn't changed) and at that point, it all breaks down, with only a reboot able to fix it. Any ideas why this is happening? Another thread suggested it's normal behaviour in order to force the connected router to recognise a new IP - but given the IP is usually the same, and the behaviour is precisely the opposite, I can't believe that would be true. 

Other details: Bridge mode - no other services enabled, user scripts installed, or packages. Running latest firmware according to the admin page, and 3.2.0 boot loader. Wi-Fi disabled. Accessing via direct IP, not RMS.

Sorry to say I've returned the product to Amazon. I work from home so having to climb into the loft and pull the power plug two or three times an hour sometimes was really not something I can endure.

Hello,

Perhaps you can see to what level the signal strength drops? Do you use one or two LTE antennas?

I check your configurations and see that everything is fine with them, lease time is standard.
However, when using Bridge mode, lease time depends on your mobile operator. Usually, the lease time on the operator side is set every hour or two hours.

I don't think it's the signal strength; I use both antenna ports to an external thing, not the supplied ones. Signal does drop, but its usually for a moment, then recovers fine. I dont think it's the lease either, as that regularly changes and keeps working. It's the LAN CABLE PLUGGED IN action that the modem seemingly initiates every so often. When that happens, it become inaccessible to web management too, and my only option is to physically power off and on the device to restart. How do we disable that behaviour?!

It happened again literally just now.

when you can no longer access the product via WebUI, can you send it a ping command? Do you get a response from the router?

Can you try rewrite Firmware and uncheck “Keep all settings”:
