Hi,

We have a RUT955 and aren't able to connect to the WEB UI anymore due to too many incorrect attempts. I can still access the RUT955 over SSH and already rebooted the device, as I read this would reset the issue with the WEB UI . However, this is not the case.

On a second RUT955 I have blocked myself out of the WEB UI and SSH.

Which options do I have to recover from both issues? I'm not in the possibility to access the RUT955 from a different IP.

Kind regards,

Tom

I believe you would have to either change the IP address you're connecting via, or manually perform a Default.

If you have access to the CLI go to : cat /etc/config/blocklist

If you have serial cable you can access to router or switch from the LAN to the WIFI or from WIFI to LAN you will get a new IP address or use another computer/smartphone...
