I followed the guide on https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/How_to_configure_remote_access_to_LAN_devices_in_RMS%3F

But when accessing the generated link it just gives me a blank page and when manually adding parts to the url to access the login page it gives me a 404 error.

I have double checked to use the right ip and also turned on and off https but nothing.
