Problems with RMS Access

I have a couple of problems/questions about RMS Access. I have set up a test-case where I have a PLC attached to a RUT955 which I want to access, and I ran into the following problems:

  1. The PLC serves a website on port 80 which uses digest authentication. I have setup Access for the device in RMS to the correct IP and port 80. When I click the link generated in RMS I get a login page, but when I enter the correct credentials it just opens the login page again. Just as an experiment I tried removing the rms_token from the url, and then the login worked, but it never loaded the page after signing in.
  2. The PLC programming software uses another port, and requires the IP of the device for programming. Can this be used with RMS Access? I tried pinging the url I got from RMS and used that IP, but that did not seem to work.
  3. On the page https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/How_to_configure_remote_access_to_LAN_devices_in_RMS%3F I see settings for external and destination port separately, however I do not see that on RMS. Why is that?

 This is currently just a test setup, so if you from Teltonika want access to test something I can provide that.

It would be great if you could provide us remote access, people from RND would like to do some tests. (Please contact me via private message)

Remote access supports HTTP protocol, so if it is not HTTP it will not work.

Recently our RMS had a huge update, communication protocol was changed to MQTT instead of OpenVPN. That feature was deleted as it is no longer usable.
