Hi,

I have recently bought a RUT955. I made the configuration including connection of a camera without any problem. But when I should use the power socket digital input (4PIN) to change profile i got a problem. The status indicator not change state when I short the input to ground (GND), shows "Open" all the time.

Looks forward to an early reply that hopfully resolve my problem.

Firmware version: RUT9XX_R_00.06.04.5

Serial number: 1105042653

Best regards

Hi Tomas,

Thanks for your fast reply.

Yes, when I connect the input to a voltage >8 V then the "State" change from "Open" to "Shorted", good.
But input (pin1) works the opposite, when it's connected to GND the "State" change from "Open" to "Shorted".

Tomas, If I ask you kindly, is it possibel get a drawing over just the inputs?

Best regards

Bert

Hi Bert,

Input pin in 4 pin socket must be pulled to 8V or higher voltage levels to read as high. More information about RUT955 input/output pins you can find in Teltonika wiki page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Input/Output#Characteristics
