I have a site which is in a suspected bad 4G area. I have installed Yagi x 2 on the roof and pointed them in two directions to towers. That are close and with line of site. I have seen the `network speeds go from 70Meg to under 10. Site surveys from close to the towers have seen large drops in speed, tests were conducted on phone and laptop. This normally causes latency and issues with voice. When the service is in this state SINR is affected. Going from 8-9db to -2.5-15db.

I am assuming there is an issue with 4G waves in the area

I am hoping for a better understanding so I can approach the network provider. As I said when the network is slowed down the CLI and UI are unreachable.

Hello,

What router you're using in your solution? What firmware version?
Are you trying to reach router's CLI and WebUI via mobile connection's IP address remotely?
Could it be that router's mobile connection parameters such as RSSI, RSPR, RSRQ and SINR drops bellow level when router is still reachable, thus
making router unreachable remotely.
