Buongiorno, ho dei problemi con l'accesso da remoto su RUT240 con servizio di NO-IP

L'indirizzo IP vedo che viene aggiornato ogni 10 minuti come da impostazioni, ma se provo a connettermi da remoto non riesco ad entrare; mentre se provo ad inserire lo stesso indirizzo sul PC con il quale sono connesso al router riesco ad entrare.

Hi,

1. Please check your remote access settings. You should enable WEB remote access (WebUI -> System -> Administration -> Access control -> “Enable remote HTTPS access”)

2. What IP address (Public or Private) you are entering in your PC? If you like to check remote access to your device, your PC can't be in the same LAN.

3. If issue persist please send me PM with troubleshoot. You can download it from device (WebUI -> Administration -> Troubleshoot)
