Question

Tryed to do everything like in manual.
I made L2TP connection with static IP, made port forwarding, open everything in firewall,
but can not connect ot my device thorough internet.

I tested on another router (tp-link), and it works.

I have a similiair issue on the 955 https://community.teltonika-networks.com/15405/zone-forwardering-doesnt-work-over-the-vpn-interface?show=15406#a15406 with OpenVPN. That was due to the current firmware. The test firmware in that topic is for the RUT9XX and not for the RUTX serie. But I added a costum IP table rule on that interface. Can you SSH to the router and use ifconfig too see which interfaces you have? One should be a VPN.

Hi, I have a similiair issue for RUTX11. I cannot connect my device (DVR player) that is connected to RUTX11 LAN. The port forwarding is oke. I can from my dvr device through the router to a testing server where my dvr player can make a connection with, but i cannot go from the internet (outside) through the router reach my dvr.

Do somebody knows what can be the problem?

Hello,

Could you explain in greater detail what exactly do you want to accomplish? Do you want to access the device that is connected to RUTX11 LAN or you want to access the RUTX11 itself? Also, what are the subnets of L2TP and RUTX11 LAN?
