Question

Hi, I have a RUT955 and have set up the device successfully at rms.teltonika.it.

When connecting the device itself to RMS, I received the following error:
Failure (Error: Failed to resolve hostname.)
I have tried all variations of the hostname with no success.

How to resolve? The device can access the internet with no issues.
