Hello,

I would like to know how to get LAC, MCC, MNC and cellID with AT commands through WAN SSH.

I have already done some research and I found these commands:

- gsmctl -A AT+COPS?

https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=467796945050194902

I guess this commands return MCC (208) and MNC (10) but I'm not sure.

- gsmctl -A AT#MONI

https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=16866673914199644434

I'm sure this commands return CellID but I don't know if the TAC (B5AA) is an equivalent of the LAC?

If someone could confirm or not my statements, it would be very helpful.

Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

Noe

Hi,

Have you checked here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Gsmctl_commands

Operator code is concluded from MCC+MNC, as for example:

Thank you for your answer,

Thanks to you I know that the command really return MCC and MNC.

And I also found my answer for LAC in this documentation :

Can you please share your conclusion regarding TAC vs. LAC?

I'm currently trying to understand the same thing.

(generally I want a LAC & Cell ID which I can use to locate the cell in a DB like https://opencellid.org/)

Thanks in advance.
