I have an RUT955 that does not start properly, I've tried reset but only the green power status led is on.

At start the LAN Ports flashing green but then nothing happens.

192.168.1.1 ist not reachable.

Its a brand new device, nothing done before

Any IDeas?

Hello,

If it's brand new and not working even after a factory reset (assuming you did it right) it should be covered by warranty with the information you provided. RMA Guideline say it's eligible for warranty if 'Device does not start. Only the power LED lights up when the device is powered up from a 9-30 VDC PSU.' 

If you bought it directly from Teltonika, you need to fill an RMA form otherwise please contact your purchase point. You can reach the RMA link here
