I get info:"An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy. Failed to connect to device. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct."

Different one: 

Connection using RMS working correctly before latest firmware upgrade.

Hello,

 

  1. First of all, please verify that your device upgraded to latest firmware RUT9XX_R_00.06.06.1. There was new release for RUT9XX devices on March. You can download it:

  1. Reboot router.
  2. Try diagnostic PING to rms.teltonika.lt. Use WebUI -> System -> Administration -> Diagnostics.
  3. An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy.” What proxy you are using? Can you test without proxy settings on different browser?
  4. If issue persist send me PM info of you RMS company name, serial number and MAC of your device.
