Question

Hi,

So the RUT240 is running Firmware 00.01.04.1 right now, when trying to upgrade to 00.01.11.3 via upload i get to a blank screen and nothing happens, reconnect and try with upgrade from server and nothing happens at all.

Tried to enter a DDNS configuration and upon saving it loads and then deletes the DDNS configuration like i didnt input anything.

We cannot access this router directly so we cannot try and reset it as of now, any ideas? Running bootloader 3.0.0

Could you try to upgrade to the latest firmware found on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Firmware_Downloads
If issue still persist i recommend you upgrading the bootloader and the firmware via Bootloader mode. You can do that by following the steps
on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Device_Recovery_Options#Bootloader_menu

the upgrade to 1.14 is terrible, ive had to roll back to 1.13.3

NO-ip is not even a selectable item in the ddns box, bloody hell, youve buggered this one up well,

Ive done a remote firmware update on a router 500kms away, the damm thing wont update the ddns records, need this fixed now please,!!!!

Weve got over 480 rut240's out in the field and im not updating firmware remotely from now on,
