I find a bug on firmware RUT2XX_R_00.01.11.2, sometimes it disconnect from mobile and reconnect without IP in info WAN, so from diagnostic if I ping the same pingreboot host, it says network unreacheable as image attached

If at the same time I read logs from CLI, I see ping successful! So modem don't give me internet access but pingreboot is successfull, so modem can't reboot.

Can you help me? Now I'm testing latest firmware RUT2XX_R_00.01.12 of 2020.3.24 but now I can't say if it solve this issue.

That is not a known issue, but what happens sometimes is that when you make a Ping too soon after the reboot, it fails, but not because there is a problem, but because the device is still waking up some interfaces and diagnostic tools and it can take around one or two minutes top fully wakeup all the internal scripts.

Please, test the RUT2XX_R_00.01.12 and please give us feedback. For that we will need not only the Screenshots of when it happens, but also the Troubleshoot files of the device after waiting a couple of minutes after you get the issue.

Hello! thank you for your answer, I'm testing RUTXXX_R_00.01.12 firmware, and since now I've not connection without IP address, so pingreboot is not attended because connection work correctly. I hope in no reconnections uncorrectly. Thank you for support.
