Hello,
after updating the firmware to Version 1.11.3 the WLan stops working every few minutes, even if no data traffic. Whith traffic, it stops within some seconds. Trying to reconnect leads to "no connection to this network possible". After like 30 secs, it ist available again until the next stop. Same with Version 1.12. I went back to 1.11.2 and everythjing works fine. Settings are all default except WLan-Network-Name. Any idea?

I have tested with the latest FW RUT2XX_R_00.01.12, everything works fine.

  1. Could you upgrade RUT240 to latest firmware (https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT240_Firmware_Downloads), disable “Keep settings”.
  2. Test your wireless connection with default SSID and password. Use few devices (PC’s or smartphones).
  3. If issue repeats, download “Troubleshoot file” of RUT device (System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot menu) and send PM to me.

Hey Sarunaska, thanks for caring. I did as asked - this time the WLan was stable, even after renaming and password-protecting it. Instead, i could not establish the mobile WAN ("Not ready"). Went back to 11.2, everything is fine. I downloaded a troubleshoot file as asked, but i do not see any "send PM" option in the forum. Can i send it by mail?

to send PM first you have to login to community page. Then click on my account name, near the answer for this topic, and you will find "send private message".
