I'm struggling to setup a basic configuration allowing me to reach the WebUI of a simple LAN device connected to my TRB140 Gateway via my RMS account. Connecting the WebUI of my gateway is no problem and my external LAN device is registered in the RMS cloud. I enabled the HTTP/HTTPS remote access on my gateway. What I am missing to enable the remote connection.

Hi,

I don't know if it's only me but the image seems to be broken.

The picture shows just the registered devices. I could provide you access information to allow you to look for your self.

Ah ok, I thought it was your configuration screenshot. Configuring remote access to LAN devices in RMS is really easy in general, have you seen THIS page? If not, please take a look. If you fail to make it work after that, please share your configuration and/or the error(s) you are getting. That will probably give an idea about what's wrong.

I know this page and I think a followed the instructions as described on this page. When I try to open the provided link for my external LAN device I receive the following error message.

"An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy.

Failed to connect to device. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct."

My internet connection is very straight forward with out any proxy involved. May I send you the configuration file for my gateway via email?
