Hi again, Go on step by step.
1) Do you want to use the WIFI STA as main internet source, and mobile as backup with failover, right?
2) When you're connected, in the WAN and overview windows, should appear your current WAN IP (Please take a look to my screenshot)
https://community.teltonika-networks.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=1083859718486359213
3) According with the ping test and your windows information, the problems is in your WAN interface. (The router doesn't have internet connection via WIFI), apparently via 3G it has.
So, I suggest you to do the following tests.
- Try to logout from your WIFI STA network and try to login again (Maybe your password is not correctly, unfortunally the router doesn't recognize when the password is wrong)
- Try to connect other device to your SFR box. (you need to be sure that the SFR box is transmiting data to their wifi clients)
- Try to connect to other WIFI source (Can be a smartphone)
- Restart your SFR box
- Set up your 3G as main connection in the WAN windows (For testing purporse)
- Restore the RUT240 going to System ---> General ---> Restore.
(You can test for each step you do trying to ping to 8.8.8.8 in System --> Administration --> Diagnostics.)
If with all this, you can't solve the issue, please send to a screenshot of these windows.
- Overview
- Status --> Network --> Mobile
- Status --> Network --> WAN
- Network --> WAN
I never had problems with this feature, even in mission critical installations, better take a look if all the configurations are right.
Regards.
