Hello,

Could you try disabling the RMS and reboot the router and then enabled it again?

Kindly check this  way if it resolves the problem.

Hello,

When you remove router from RMS, you are losing a credit, which was assigned to it, as well. If you want to get router status online, you have to assign new credit to it.
