Dear Sir,

I have couple of TRB145s. I downloaded theconfiguration of one I am working with. When I try to upload it to another device, it doesn’t work. I am using the latest available firmware and tried to hard reset but still not working. Is there a way you can help me with remote desktop?

Hello,

What kind of error you are getting when you try to do that? Could you make sure devices have the matching product code? More often than not that is the reason why RMS won't let you do that.

You can check it on the sticker which is located in the back of the device. For your case it should be something like TRB145XXXXXX. Different product codes usually support different LTE bands, have different firmware etc.

Let me know if that solves the issue or not.
