Question

RUT240 not re-connecting to an already scanned local WAP when using as a WIFI client. We have to go back to site again, rescan and connect. All the original settings are in there but just does not reconnect. We have a fleet of 52 RUT240s across the clients tunnel network and a good majority of these routers are having the same problem.

Please pay attention to the firmware version of your device.

If you are using an older version than the latest, please upgrade.

To update via the web-interface (WebUI), go to the tab System->Firmware

If issue persists, generate a troubleshoot package.

hi

we have updated 12 routers today and will test this for a week. Can you recommend the best antenna from Teltonika for tunnel WIFI applications as well?

I will also setup RMS tomorrow with the site techs to help remote diagnosing.
