Hello

I recently purchased a RUT950. I'm using a 4G SIM from a national mobile operator (bouygues) in France.

The 4G connection breaks down really often, the only thing I could get in RUT950 troubleshooting > system logs is :

Any idea if there is something wrong ? I'm using RUT950 in bridge mode.

Hello,

We are currently looking into bridge mode issue. Could you let me know if you have the same issue with this FW version ?

hello,

I just upgraded to this version, and my CPE does not get an IP address anymore. RUT950 is still in bridge mode, all params look correct.

Should I dou a factory reset ?

You could try it.

Also what is the product code of your router ?
by
bridge mode works fine after a factory reset

Where do I find the product code on web interface ?
by anonymous
You can find it in Status --> Device. If you will have any issues with bridge mode please let me know.

Can you also try one of the older version ? Like RUT9XX_R_00.05.00.5

https://wiki.teltonika.lt/view/RUT9xx_Firmware

If the issue will still persist I'll need your troubleshoot file as well.

If it can help : after doing a release / renew of the DHCP lease on my CPE, the RUT does not assigne me an IP address. I had to reboot the RUT tu get an IP address.

Hello,

Would it be possible for you to check with one more FW version ? It would be great to make a clean upgrade.

Hello

What I've done :

1 - factory reset
2 - upload new firmware
3 - factory reset

Still have the same problem using bridge mode. Reverted to nat mode. Actually testing it.

It seems I have 0 problem when using NAT mode. So the problem looks definitely related to bridge mode.

There are some related fixes in the latest FW version. Perhaps it could help you out. You can download it from here.

I think your link is incorrect. Which version should I try ?
by
Seems better with this firmware. I'll keep you in touch tomorrow.
