On my TRB140 the power cuts, when I move the cable just a little (I am using your 4 way power cable).

I tested with (another) 12Vdc direct connection to the 2 power pins: same problem.

It seem to be a faulty connection between the socket and the PCB. May I try to resolder the connecting points on the PCB to avoid to resend the unit to you for repair/replacement ?

Thanks

Hello,

You can do that if you want but your device will not be eligible for warranty if it is eligible now.

'This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which is not intended to be used.'

If you bought the device directly from Teltonika, you can fill an RMA request from if you want further actions to be taken.
