I have 2 RUT230 devices, and I also bought two licenses for RMS. One device is connected, and using the free license, the other one has already used the free license, but I can't enable monitoring to use a paid license. When I try to enable it a message pops up and says not enough available licenses.

On the pools tab, it shows 2 licenses of which 2 are "reserved" but there's no explanation anywhere for what "reserved' means.

I have a quiet same problem. 2 Devices, but just one licence is active. Could you explain the license magement. Do I have to buy a seperate licence?

Could you PM me the serial numbers of your devices ?
