Since the last Firmware update the logfiles are not readable anymore.

Normaly a txt file was attached to the email.

Now the mail is received with the following text. :

Hello,

I would like to check your configuration and try to replicate the issue you received. I will need a troubleshoot file for this. Go to System -> Administration -> Troubleshoot and click Download.
