Error: Failed to resolve hostname.

Will someone, please update me there are many routers that are facing this issue.

They are not connecting to the RMS.

Hello,

Please answer the following questions in order to help better understand the situation:

1. Are your devices that are not able to resolve rms.teltonika.lt have Internet access?
2. What DNS server they are using?

In the meantime, I would suggest using an IP address instead of a domain name. The RMS service can be accessible via 18.196.62.30 IP address. It can be specified in the System -> Administration -> RMS WebUI page.

I have the same issue after upgrade to Firmware RUT9_R_00.07.00 via RMS. After the reboot no RMS connection anymore.

The device have Internet access and fails to resolve rms.teltonika.lt

I have the same issue with my RUT240 after updating to the newest firmware. Put in IP Adress and it worked but if you change IP behind DNS it will no longer be reachable through the RMS.

Please help
