Hello,

I am looking to setup remote access to the router over the internet.

Router is a RUT240 with a 4G service that includes a public IP. I am also using a Dynamic DNS service.

Is it possible to lock down remote access to certain external IP addresses?

I can enable remote access - however this allows access from everywhere. I want to lock down access from a certain IP only.

Hello,

For that you need to go to Network > Firewall > Traffic Rules in Router WebUI, Locate rules that should be named Enable_SSH_WAN (for SSH access) and Enable_HTTP_Wan (for HTTP access) you can edit those rules and enter Source address which would be the IP you want to allow to connect remotely, all other IP addresses attempting to connect will be rejected.

Best regards,
